Swift Earplugs

Freelance
June 2024 – Ongoing

I designed (Figma) and built (React / Typescript) a custom site for Swift Earplugs, integrated with Shopify via the GraphQL headless storefront API. This role also includes maintaining workflows for content editing, and managing deployed resources on Vercel.

Capgemini

Full-time Role
February 2022 – May 2024

At Capgemini I worked in a full stack role on Microsoft Events websites, a role which included leading delivery of the online platforms for Inspire & Ignite 2023, and Build 2024. I worked with React and Typescript across the front-end, and .NET/C# across the backend with a range of services deployed on Azure.

Uprise Digital

Full-time Role
October 2018 – February 2022

During my time at Uprise I built client websites and marketing landing pages using a variety of platforms and tech stacks, including React. I've also done UX and CRO work for a wide range of clients in B2C, B2B and Government industries.

PdB Consulting

Freelance
August 2019 – April 2020

I developed a logo and brand collateral for PdB Consulting. I also built a website for the business, using GatsbyJS.

Obvious (Digital Agency)

I worked with the digital agency, Obvious, on several projects over this time period. The work included the design and development of client websites.

January 2014 – December 2017

I attended Massey University and completed my Bachelor of Design (Honours) in 2017, specialising in visual communication design.

Student Exchange Programme

CSU Chico, CA
January 2016 – December 2016

During my time at university, I was lucky enough to do a student exchange to California State University, Chico, California. It was an amazing experience! My love for coding grew while studying here, as I took a couple of web/javascript-based classes. I also got to see a lot of the US while I was there – it's an awesome country!
